What is ollymo’s returns policy?
Returns are accepted for 14 days from the date of delivery if an item is unopened and unused. Please contact our customer service team on 0330 300 1010 or info@ollymo.com before returning your product to us so we can issue you with an RMA [Returns Merchandise Authorisation] number.
If the 14 day period has passed or the item has been opened/used we may offer a partial refund based on condition, this will however be solely at our discretion.
How long will my order take to dispatch?
ollymo ships all in stock orders made before 4pm the same working day (Monday to - Friday). Any orders made after this time will be dispatched the next working day. We use fast postage on all our items so most customers receive their items the next working day but please allow five working days before contacting us with delivery issues.
Can my order be tracked?
Our standard shipping service is untrackable from the customer’s end but any orders that either qualify for or are upgraded to either Recorded or Special Delivery will be trackable. In this instance your tracking number will be sent with the dispatch note.
What happens if an item I've ordered is out of stock?
If the item ordered is out of stock, then ollymo will give you a timeframe for the product’s arrival. Any unshipped orders can be cancelled by the customer.
At what point is my payment card charged?
ollymo charges payment cards on dispatch so any cancelled orders or unfulfilled pre-orders will not be charged to your card.
How can I reach ollymo ‘s customer services?
ollymo’s customer services can be contacted by phone on 0330 300 1010. This is a local rate number so is free from most house/mobile phones. If ollymo is extra busy you may be asked to leave a message; please do and someone will get back to you within 5 working hours.
