Returns policy

If you change your mind about an order or are unhappy with your item please get in touch within 14 days of delivery and ollymo will be happy to refund or exchange your purchase.

All postage costs incurred when purchasing and returning an item are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty in which case ollymo will pay for return postage. Traceable postage services should be used (Royal Mail Signed For) to ensure the item is not lost in transit. Return costs will vary depending on the size & weight of the returned item. If you contact customer services ollymo will be able to let you know the approximate cost of the return. 

All returned items must be unopened and in an as new condition before being returned. Prior to returning, the returns department must be emailed returns@ollymo.com or rung on the local rate number 0330 300 1010 so you can be issued with an address and a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) code to ensure the return can be processed. 

Returning a product after 14 days of delivery or once it has been opened

If you have opened and used your item or the 14 day window has passed and you've changed your mind, a return may still be possible. However, ollymo may be unable to issue a full refund - offering a percentage refund based on the condition of the item instead. This is solely at the discretion of ollymo so please email returns@ollymo.com, fill out the form on our contact page or ring the local rate number 0330 300 1010 to get more information.

Returning a faulty product

If your item develops a fault within the warranty period please email returns@ollymo.com or fill out the form on the contact page and ollymo will endeavour to get your item replaced as soon as possible. If an item is no longer stocked you will be offered either an alternative of equal or greater value or a refund.
